I had the privilege to work with Dennis at ecoation. While I was not his direct manager, I enjoyed interacting with him and appreciate the results of his hard work.
Dennis came to ecoation with great knowledge and understanding of this matter. His past experiences equip him with great capability to contribute in improving our platform immediately and design very important aspects of the new version of our platform in the short period of time that he was with us. While I dont have the technical capability to praise Dennis wonderful job as a designer, I can attest that our customers were extremely happy with what he designed and the company as a whole gained a lot of interest in the market as the result of Dennis contribution.
At a personal level, I had many amazing conversations with Dennis and I witnessed firsthand hand how easily he became part of the team and build synergistic working relationships. Even watching from far and occasionally hearing the conversations, I could say that Dennis was a great contributor to what makes this company amazing.
Ecoation went through a restructure and some directional changes that forced me to make some difficult decisions but I will certainly hire Dennis back in a heart beat and I already should congratulate the next organization where Dennis chose to land for finding such a talented and dedicated designer.
